How do I attach a email or pics to an invoice and clearly see it on preview before sending..

The option to preview an attachement before sending it, isn't an option in QuickBooks at this time. Since some information may be prevented from being viewed in the print/preview screen, I recommending sending the copy to yourself so you can view it before sending it to your customers.

I can see how being able to view the attachement in preview would be beneficial for you, so I recommend leaving feedback for our developers. Comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for the software.
