How do I change a price on an invoice? It allows me the percentage but will not let me change the price?

It's vital that all your transactions be entered correctly in your books. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to customers. I can point you in the right direction for editing invoices. 

When editing an invoice, you should have the ability to edit the quantity, the rate, or the total amount of each line in order to adjust the price of that line. If you don't have the option to edit those lines, it may be caused by browsing data in your system. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, computer or network and can affect navigation in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. Here are some steps to resolve issues caused by browsing data:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If the error still persists, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the error with you in a secure setting in order to assist in getting that invoice edited or notify our engineers if necessary. You can reach them using these methods:
