How do I change my address for my company on only future invoices for QB online. We recently moved but I don't want old invoice to change

Recently moved and need new invoices to show new address. When I edit in Settings it changes all the older invoices address to the new one as well.

Glad to have you message us in the Community. It's essential you're able to change the company address on future invoices so your clients have the right address. Rest assured, I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track.

 

The good thing about QuickBooks is that when you make edits such as address changes, the change will take effect on the invoices created after the edit. This means that you can easily change the address and have it applied to your future invoices.
