How to correct the date an invoice was paid?

QuickBooks Online

You should be able to make the change to the date of payment by editing the payment for that Customer.

Go to:

Sales

Customer

select Money Received (Type of transaction)

select View/Edit (far right side of screen)

Make your changes

SAVE
