How do I create a custom REFUND form similar to the custom Invoice and Sales Receipt forms in my QBO program?

I want to make a custom REFUND for with formatting ( column width's, etc.) similar to my custom Invoice and Sales Receipt forms.  I have looked in all the usual places in my QBO program but have not discovered how to do this.

Hey Tony91,

 

Thanks for turning to the QuickBooks Community for support. QuickBooks is a great tool to use, it allows you to customize forms to meet your business needs. I can provide some information on Customizing forms.

 

Currently, there isn't the option in QuickBooks Online to customize Refund forms. The options we have for customizations are for Invoices, Sales receipt, Estimates or to import your own forms. You can create a refund form outside of QuickBooks and import it into your account. I can see how having the option to customize refund forms would be beneficial for you and your company, I recommend leaving feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting Feedback. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features for QuickBooks.
