Question

How do I create an invoice/receipt that shows what insurance (third party) has paid as well as what customer has paid? This would be for the customer.

Making sure your transactions are recorded  the right way is a good exercise for preventing errors in your books. I recommend contacting an accounting professional to get more info on this.
