How do I display my customers with last name first now after the latest update???

Before the latest update there was a box where I could choose how to display my customers' names, now I can no longer find that option.  I just get a stupid pop up window now with a bunch of drop down menus when I try to edit a customer instead of being able to open the full customer information window like I used to. How can I just open the full customer editing window instead of having to open a separate drop down menu for every item??  And where is the option to display customers with last name first?

Thanks for reaching out to Community.  Welcome back!  QuickBooks Online recently updated some of the features based on suggestions and recommendations submitted through our Feedback option, located in the settings menu.  As you've mentioned, to edit customer information, it now appears in a list of options from a sidebar.  I'd be happy to navigate you through the process to edit your customer name.

 

Once you've selected the customer, hit Edit, click on the Name from the list that appears in the sidebar and enter it according to your preference.  Don't forget to hit Save!
