I know there are many ways that a refund from a supplier can be recorded, and given that this is a refund from your supplier onto your credit card, it makes sense to want to double check those steps. I can show you how it's done in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online has an easy-to-use, built-in feature for recording refunds from your suppliers to your credit card. It's called Credit card credit, and is found in the +New button in the left menu.
