How do I enter credit card charges manually?

Welcome to the Intuit Community! It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. I can point you in the right direction to enter the credit card charge manually.

In order to enter a transaction in QuickBooks Online, you can click on the +New menu, then select the transaction type you want to enter. Enter the details of the transaction, including which account it has to affect, then Save.

if you'd like to import a file with the transaction, you can do so by following the steps in this article. You can remove all the unwanted transactions from the file before importing in order to make sure there aren't any duplicates.
