How do I find a specific invoice?

It's important that you're able to find your transactions within your books. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to be able to create and send invoices directly from the same program. I can provide some information on how to find this invoice.

If this invoice has been deleted, you won't be able to find it within the transactions in QuickBooks Online. If it's still within your books, you can locate it using a few ways. You can search for the invoice number using the search bar at the top. Another way to locate it would be to navigate to the Sales tab and go into the Customers section. You can find the customer that is associated with this invoice from within the list and click on the name to show all transactions associated with this client.
