Hello michael-massa,

Sending Estimates to your clients is a great way for them to review their purchase before going forward with a project or business deal. I know how vital it is to be able to make changes to your estimate, which can be done easily in QuickBooks Online. If you've sent an initial estimate to your customer and you've now made changes, I'd be happy to explain your options for reviewing the initial email.

Once a sales form is sent from QBO to your client, the program doesn't allow you to access those emails the same way an external email program would. While there's no "sent" folder per-say, you're able to see when the initial email was sent, by whom, and how much the form's total was. To do this, navigate to the Audit log by clicking the Gear icon > Audit log. You can filter the log's information by clicking the Filter drop-down to narrow your search.

I can see how having the option to review previously sent emails would be really beneficial for you. In this case, I'd suggest adding yourself as a Cc to any emails sent from your account so you always have a copy in your person email. You'll see the box to add a Cc under your customer's email address on the sales form creation screen. This is a great workaround that will help you reach your goal moving forward.

I'd also suggest submitting feedback about this to our product development team. To do that, click the Gear icon > Feedback. Our engineers love hearing your suggestions for product improvements.

I hope this helps.

Cheers.
