How do I fix the logo on the remittance slip? It's way too big, I have already changed the logo size on the invoice template, but it didn't change anything.

Hi there veronica-canadia,

 

For further assistance with this display on the remittance slip, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the form with you in order to provide further troubleshooting steps as well as notify our engineers of the large logo on the form. You can reach them using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides customization options for your sales forms .  However, the remittance forms are set by default and can't be customized at this time.  Please feel free to submit a suggestion to our Development Team for future updates and feature enhancements.  Customer recommendations are greatly appreciated to help improve your overall experience with QuickBooks Online.

Hi, I understand that this is not a customizable form, but unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch that causes the logo to be oversized and cut-off only on this form only. The invoices are looking great. This makes the remittance slip unusable.
