Hi there nuevamabilen,

At QuickBooks, we know how important a role reporting plays in having a solid understanding of your business and where it stands. There are a number of reports to choose from in QuickBooks Online, including for sales tax calculations, and I'd be delighted to go over these with you.

When you visit the Reports section via the left menu, you'll find the Sales tax section when you scroll down in the list of reports. Here, you can choose to run reports for specific specific sales tax codes based on the ones you have activated in the software. If you choose something like the PST Detail Report, the program will show you a breakdown of each transaction that makes up the total. You can then use the Customize button to filter as needed.

If you're looking for a report that shows you amounts exclusively for invoices, I recommend trying the Transaction List by Tax Code report. This report will run to show transactions for each tax code, but using the Customize button, you can filter for just invoice transactions. There isn't a way to filter for only a specific code, but you'll be able to see the total on this report. You can consider using the Export button on the report to export it to Excel and take out the information you don't want.

Here's a handy article that goes over the articles available in QuickBooks Online: What are the differences in report features among QuickBooks Online subscriptions? If the ones I've suggested don't quite do the trick for you, feel free to review others in the program to see if there's something that works. Otherwise, I encourage you to submit feedback about what you're looking for to our product development team following these steps: How do I submit feedback?

I'll be around should you have more questions. Don't hesitate to ask!
