How do I import or manually enter invoices into QuickBooks online without making them in the program?

I already have a different program for invoicing and collecting on invoices. QuickBooks is for record keeping only.

    Do you have QBO Plus?

    I have this same issue. I am transitioning from a spreadsheet and trying out accounting software but i need to manually enter invoices already paid for the July - Sept Qtr. Is there any way to do this using QBO self employed?

    @MirandaElectrical ,

    QBO SE has limited features and we didn't find yet any supporting 3rd party app. Consider migrating to QBO SS and utilize the trial period of a 3rd party migration tool to import your data.
