How do I input daily sales for a pub? Is it best to do a sales receipt for each day? Or an invoice? I need it broken down to items sold and payment method.

You can record your daily sales by creating a single sales receipt.  To get started, you'll need to create a customer, an account, a category and the product/service items.  To simplify this for you, here's a detailed guide for your reference.
