How do I mark invoices as sent for customers without email?

To switch an invoice status to Sent, you'd need to enter an email on your invoice. QuickBooks Online monitors that so it can tell you if there was a delivery error or not. Without an email, you can still save your invoice and mark it as Paid once you receive a payment on it.
