How do I payout a customer with a credit on their account.

Being able to track and process refunds is a huge deal for a business. Good news, QuickBooks online makes it easy to process and pay a customer back. I'd be happy to go over how to process a refund.

There are two ways to record a refund in QuickBooks Online. One would be used if a customer wants a refund for a product or service they were not happy with.
