How do i print invoice numbers on invoices? And receipts/credit memos etc. On Quickbooks on line that is

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to customize your forms to enhance your business.  I'd be glad to assist!

To ensure your transaction numbers are printed on your forms, follow these steps;

1. Open Settings ⚙ in the top right of your QuickBooks Online dashboard

2. Select Custom form styles

3. Click Edit in the Action column for your standard/default form

4. Open the Content tab

5. Select the Edit ✎ in the top right of the header section

6. Scroll down and checkmark the box to include Form numbers and Use custom transaction numbers

7. Hit Done to save the changes
