How do I print invoices? It's not giving me the option, where it was before!

It's vital that all your transactions are kept in your records correctly and are delivered to the customer as well. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create, print and send invoices all from the same software, all the while entering them in your books. I can provide some information about printing invoices.

In order to print invoices from QuickBooks Online, you'd need to go to the Sales tab, then Customers. Find the customer you'd like, then click on their name to view their transactions. From the transaction list, click on the invoice you'd like to print to open it, then click on the Print/Preview option in the bottom bar.

If you don't see the Print or preview option in the bottom bar, it may be browsing data in your system causing it not to appear. You can try these steps to resolve any issues caused by browsing data stored in your browser, computer or network:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
