How do I print my monthly invoice from Intuit?

When I go to The view payment history link that comes under Billing and Subscription I can not find any pdf file

Thanks for reaching out to Community.  Welcome!  Having the option to print your monthly statements is a great way to keep on top of your account.  QuickBooks Online automatically sends you the statements on a monthly basis.  I'll be happy to help so you're on track with your bookkeeping needs.

 

Each month when the subscription fee's applied to your account, a copy of the statement is emailed to the address on file.  You'll be able to save them to a folder for easy access in the future as well as print them as needed.  When going to the billing and subscription page within your QuickBooks account, you should also see a list of your invoices that you can view in PDF format with the option to print.  In your situation, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then log into your account using a private or incognito browser to see if you experience the same result.  If the outcome is the same, please contact us so we can take a deeper look into the situation from our end and ensure you can view your statements moving forward.
