How do i save in quick books. new to this but not accounting. cannot see where i save a customers invoice.

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program that enables you to complete your daily tasks with peace of mind.  It's essential that you're able to save your forms and I'd be happy to help!

 

QuickBooks provides a few options for saving invoices and other forms. You'll notice the Save button in the task bar at the bottom of your form.  Additional options available using the ▼ dropdown menu allow you to choose to Save and close, Save and send (e-mails a copy to your customer) or Save and new (to start a new form without going back to the first step). 

This allows you to continue entering your invoices without having to hit the + New button and select Invoice from the choices each time.  If you still can't see the option to save the invoices, please reach out to the Primary Admin on the account for a review of your user permissions.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
