How do I search for a particular invoice number.

Locating specific invoices is so easy to do in QuickBooks Online. You can search for an invoice by the dollar amount, invoice number, customer name, or date. If you know the number associated with the invoice you're trying to find, it's really simple to search for. 

All you have to do is enter the invoice number in the search bar at the top of the QBO account. You can access the search bar from any page within the account, just like the Gear icon and the Help menu. 

If the search bar doesn't populate any results, double-check that you're entering the correct transaction number, or try using alternative credentials to locate the invoice.
