Hi there, @frspa. Let me share with you some information about preparing customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO allows you to prepare customer statements from the Customers window. Statements show the summary of your invoices, payments, credits, and balances. This way, you can make gentle and detailed reminders about upcoming deadlines. You can prepare three types of statements, these are Balance ForwardOpen Item, and Transaction Statements

To prepare one, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, then select the Customers tab.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the customers you want to make statements for.
  3. In the Batch actions dropdown ▼, select Create statements.
  4. In the Statement Type dropdown ▼, select the customer statement type:
    • Balance Forward: Lists invoices and payments with outstanding balances for a specific date range.
    • Open Item: Lists all open, unpaid invoices from the last 365 days.
    • Transaction Statement: Lists all transactions for the selected date range.
  5. Set the dates for the statements and the date range.
  6. Review the customer's email addresses.
  7. Tap SaveSave and CloseSave and send, or Print or Preview.

I'm adding this link to learn more about preparing statements in QBO: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

Aside from that, you can also use your report to get the information you need. I'll guide you on how.

  1. Click on Reports at the left pane, then look for Transaction List by Customer.
  2. Go to the Customize tab.
    1. Filter the dates under the Report period.
    2. From the Filter section, select the specific customer name from the Customer drop-down.
    3. Set the Transaction Type to All, or Invoice and Payment.
  3. Tap on the Run report tab to refresh the page.

To send the details to your customer, hit the Email icon on the upper right side.
