How do I set up invoice templates when we bill as 2 brand names When we set up each brand name the other template defaults to the address and business name of the other?

It's great to have you reach out to us here in the Community. Rest assured, I'll be happy to share more information so you can get back to doing what you love. QuickBooks is a user-friendly program that simplifies your accounting workflow. 

 

Based on what you've described, I recommend setting up two separate invoice template which you can use interchangeably when creating an invoice for your customers. I encourage you to check out this helpful article here that shows you how to create/manage your templates. Once you've created the templates, you can select then under Customize when on the create invoice page in QuickBooks.
