Thanks for you interest with knowing the available features in QuickBooks for emailing your invoices, @rcfdickfelton-gm.

I'd like to share some insights about this topic and also explain why your emails bounce.

At the moment, all the emails from QuickBooks uses quickbooks@notification.intuit.com as sender. For now, the domain that sends the invoices cannot be changed. You can only change the customer-facing email in the company settings.

Also, there is already an open investigation created for users getting bounced emails when sending invoices. This is prioritized by our engineers, but they don't have an ETA on when this gets resolved.

They will be sending periodic updates to your email once you've subscribed to the notifications. You will need to contact our Support Team to add your account to the list of affected users and get notified once the fix is ready.

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose your contact option to initiate a discussion with a live agent.

Provide the investigation number INV-72595 to the representative who will receive your call or chat.

Our suggested workaround for now is to follow the solutions in this link: 3 solutions for you when customers aren't receiving your emails.

You can also download a PDF copy of those invoices and send it outside the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales, then Invoices.
  2. Mark the invoices you want to send.
  3. Click the Batch Actions option and choose Print.
  4. On the top-right section of the preview page, click the Download icon.
  5. Then, save the file as PDF.

We ask for your patience while this is being worked on. I'll be right here of you have follow-up up questions with this emailing concern or other topics. Leave a message below or mention me on your replies so I'd get notified.
