How do I turn off a recurring invoice that I set previously?

I have an invoice that was recurring but is no longer needed. I can't figure out how to turn it off or even see the ones that I have going out

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be happy to share more info so you can get back to doing what you love. QuickBooks offers a dynamic Recurring Transactions feature that makes it simple for you to streamline your work. 

 

In order to turn off or unschedule a recurring invoice, check out the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Recurring Transactions.
  3. From the Recurring Transactions list, locate the invoice template. Then, click Edit.
  4. In the Type drop-down arrow, click Unschedule.
  5. Hit Save template.

 

If you'd like to delete the recurring transaction, please check out the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to Gear icon.
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
  3. Locate the Template Name and select ▼.
  4. Select Delete from the Action column.
  5. Select Yes to confirm you want to delete the template.
