Question

How do i unclick the box that says "process credit card"? It shows up and every single invoice I apply a received payment to. What an annoyance.

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that the information available on your forms in QuickBooks Online meet your business needs.  I'd be happy to help!

 

When you subscribe to QuickBooks Online Payments, the accepted payment methods are applied to your invoices, providing your customers with the 'Pay now' option.  However, if you no longer want to see this, you can remove the option by following these steps;

 

1. Open Settings ⚙

2. Select Account and Settings

3. Choose Sales from the left menu

4. Click on the Edit ✎ beside Online Delivery

5. Use the ▼ dropdown menu and select Plain text
