How do I undo a receive payment for invoices I hadnt received payment but clicked by accident

Mistakes sometimes happen but no worries as QuickBooks Online lets you fix any mistakes that are made. I'd be happy to help you get the payments that were made in error deleted.

In order to find and delete the received payment that was made in error you'll need to go to: Sales>All Sales>Find and select the payment receipt you wish to delete>At the bottom select more and then delete.

Once its deleted the payment will be removed from the invoice and it'll become active again for you to mark as paid when the payment comes through.
