How do I view a history of emailed estimates/invoices sent through app?

Sometimes it's necessary to able to look at your email history for estimates and invoices. Rest assured, I'll be happy to show you how to access this info using QuickBooks Online. 

QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that's designed to help simplify most of the manual tasks involved in the accounting side of your business. To view the estimate/invoice history, follow the steps below:

1. From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Sales tab and the Customers section.
2. Click the name of the client whose invoice you'd like to know the email history of.
3. Find their invoice/estimate from the list below. If necessary, use the Filter menu to narrow the transactions displayed. Click the Invoice to open it.
4. Select More at the bottom > Audit History.
5. View that status next to the Sent field.

The same applies for estimates. To view the history, open the estimate in question > click More at the bottom > click on Audit history. From this screen you'll be able to see the entire history of that transaction since it was created.
