Question

How do I view "All Transactions" within a certain date-window for a client? The default used to be showing all the transactions whether open invoice, paid invoice, etc.

This is a recent change for the online QB. I loved seeing all of it. "All Transactions" does NOT show all.

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having the ability to view all of the transactions at a glance is a great time saver.  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to complete your daily goals seamlessly.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Here's how to view customer transactions;

 

1. From the left menu, select Sales and then Customers

2. Enter the Customer name in the Search field or locate them in the list and click on their name

3. Open the Transactions tab

4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to open the Filter

5. For Type, select All transactions from the list

6. Set the Date to All dates

7. Hit Apply

You can also run a report to see the charges for a customer.
