How do I view and email an invoice from two years ago?

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to view and email an invoice from two years ago. 

QuickBooks Online makes it easy to search for an invoice and I'll show you how. From the main menu, click on the magnifying glass at the top right of your screen > click on the blue link which says Advanced Search. From here enter the transaction info and hit search. Here's a screenshot for visual reference:

Once you've found the invoice, you can open it, review the info and hit Save and Send.
