How do l change the invoice template?

Changing your invoice template allows you to customize the look and feel of your sales forms to reflect your unique brand image. QuickBooks Online allows you to utilize different templates at once, so you can select the one that suits your needs at any given time. I'll explain how you can change the invoice template. 

1. Click the Gear icon. 

2. Select Custom Form Styles. 

3. Click New Style > Invoice. 

4. Modify the template to suit your needs, and give it a unique name (e.g. Modern Invoice, Sleek Invoice, Creative Invoice, etc.).

5. Click Done. 

You can repeat these steps for each invoice template you create. To access your templates, navigate back to the Custom Form Styles page.
