How do system recorded Quickbooks payments work?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great feature to ensure you're paid on time.  I'll be happy to provide more insight here so you're on the right track with your work!

When you invoice your customers you can select which types of payment methods you'll accept, and these will be activated on the customer invoice.  When they receive the invoice in their email, they can click on the Pay Now option.  The funds are applied directly to the associated invoice and you'll see the payment in your bank account within three to four business days.  For more information and your reference, here's a helpful guide for using bank payments in QuickBooks.
