How do we generate a payment link to an invoice within the app, not on the desktop?

 We need to be able to generate a quick link to invoices and share that link through text message so clients can pay while we are chatting with them through text message. How can we do this? I feel this should be one of the main uses of the app, but it's not there yet.

I know we can generate this payment link in the print dialogue on the desktop version but that is mostly useless while on mobile.

While it's possible to email, export, and even print an invoice from the mobile app, when it comes to sending the invoice for payment, the only option available is email. Therefore, if you need or would like to send the link to your customer, I recommend working in a browser. You can even try working through a mobile browser to do this.

 

I can see how Payments link via text message would be useful in your business, I invite you to submit feedback about how you'd like to see this option so that our product development team can consider it for future updates. You can leave feedback right in the app. Depending on which app version you have, it should be in the settings area.
