While the setup is simple, you'll have to do it in the browser version of QuickBooks. The mobile app has certain feature limitations, and this is something that's unavailable in the app at this time.

There's another neat setting called Invoice Notifications that you can access in the mobile app that will remind you of any overdue invoices. You may also find this tool helpful in ensuring timely payments. It's on by default, but you can turn it off.
