How do you change your tax number and email that appear on bottom ofyour invoice ? I use the app on my phone only

QuickBooks is an easy-to-use program that makes it simple to navigate and make the necessary changes. I'd be happy to show you how you can change the tax number on your invoices so you can start getting paid. 

Here's how to update your tax number: 

1. Click the Taxes tab on the left navigation menu.

2. Select Sales Tax at the top of the page. 

3. Click Manage Sales Tax. 

4. Next to the tax agency, click the small triangle drop-down menu, then select Edit agency settings.

5. Enter your GST/HST number in the field provided. 

6. Click Save.

Once you've updated this number, you should start seeing it on your invoices. QuickBooks allows you to edit your invoices and here's how to update the email that appears:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form styles.
3. Click Edit on an existing form or New to create a new one.
4. Navigate to the Content tab.
5. Click the top section of the invoice on the right side.
6. Update the email field.
7. Click Done to save.
