It's great to see you reaching out to Community for tips and tricks to customize your forms specific to your business needs.  QuickBooks Online has the features you're looking for!  I'll gladly show you the way!

 

To access the template and edit it to your preference, follow these steps:

 

1. Click on the Gear in the top right

2. Select Custom Form Styles

3. Beside your standard/default form, hit Edit to the far right

4. Open the Content tab at the top

5. Select the Edit icon to the right of the middle section 

6. Click on Edit Labels and Widths

7. Enter the new name in the appropriate box

8. Make adjustments to the column widths as you see fit

When you've finished, hit Done
