How do you fix browser issues? Been over a month and QB basically told us to go else where as there is nothing they can do on there... Easier said than done

Making sure you're able to access your QuickBooks Online account the way you want is something we take seriously and I'd be happy to help you with this.

 

To get you back into your QuickBooks Online account we have some steps that fix the majority of browser issues people run into. First I'd suggest clearing your cache and cookies for your browser of choice. This link will provide the steps to clear your cache and cookies as it changes depending on which browser you are using. Next you can try using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome or if you're using Chrome you can also try using incognito mode to see if it's just that specific browser that's causing the issue. Another reason could be due to a firewall or an ad blocker. You can check for an ad blocker by following the steps in this link.

 

Should the issue persist after trying these steps I'd suggest contacting an IT professional to see what could be causing these issues.
