How do you forward from your own personal email a copy of a bill(invoice) to your qbdocs email to get processed? I am trying and it is not working?

It's great to see you taking advantage of the features in your QuickBooks Online account. The ability to forward bills and receipts speed up the process of entering your transactions. Giving you more time to do what you love. I can guide you through setting up your email.

To add your email to the registered users for forwarding receipts and bills, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Banking/Transactions from the left navigation menu.
2. Select the Receipts tab.
3. Choose Manage Senders.
4. Click +Add a new user.
5. Click Done.

To send receipts and bills to the QuickBooks email account, the user needs to, at the minimum, be a standard user with supplier permissions. For reference, here's an article that goes through customizing the email and forwarding the images: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.
