Hello psmkfirstaid,

QuickBooks is a powerful program that offers maximum flexibility when it comes to managing your accounting. It's vital you're able to customize your email so it appears the way you'd like for it to appear to your customers. Don't worry, I'll be happy to give you a hand with this.

In order to check what consists of the invoice/estimate body, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear in the upper right of your Home screen.
  2. Choose Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Click Sales on the left.
  4. Click in the Messages area.
  5. In the Sales form section, choose the sales form you'd like to edit in the dropdown.
  6. Enter your custom message.
  7. Click Save.

Going forward, this will be the email template that will be used on your desired sales forms. Try this out and let me know what happens, I'll be one message away in case you need anything else.
