Currently, there isn't an option to add columns in your invoices, Here is an article that explains a little bit about how to Customize forms in QuickBooks Online.  I see that having the option to add columns to your invoices could be beneficial for you and your company. I recommend leaving feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features for QuickBooks.
