HOW TO ADD FSC ON YOUR DELIVERY INVOICES TO CUSTOMERS

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  QuickBooks Online has the features you need to add service fees to new and existing invoices.  I'd be glad to show you how!

To get started, you'll need to create a Service Fee item.  Here's how;

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and open Products and services

2. Select New, then Service

3. Enter a Name 

4. Fill out the rest of the fields, as you see necessary

5. Hit Save and close

If you don't charge a standard fee, you can change the fee amount on the invoice.

Next, you'll add the Service Fee to invoices by following these steps;

Note; If you’ve already sent them their invoice, create an invoice with the service fee. If you haven’t sent the invoice, make sure to add it before sending it.

1. Open Sales from the left menu, then Invoices (Take me there)

2. Select the invoice you want to add a service fee to

3. Click on Edit invoice

4. From the Product/service ▼ dropdown, select the service fee you created

5. Enter the amount of the service fee in the Amount field

6. In the Message on invoice section, add a note about the fee

7. Select Save and send or Save and close.
