How to change invoice template

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to customize your forms seamlessly.  I would be happy to assist you with editing your invoice template!

Here's how;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles
2. Click on Edit for your standard form 
3. Make any changes as you see necessary by proceeding to the Design, Content, and Email tabs
4. When finished, hit Done
