How to clean up my account, and to start fresh?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online understands that sometimes you may need to  clear your data and start over.  For this reason, you can purge your company data, as long as your account is less than 60-days old.  Please keep in  mind that this will remove all data in your company file and it cannot be restored.  Here's a helpful guide for purging company data in QuickBooks Online.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

If you have QBO Easy Start, you should cancel your your account and signup a new one. As an additional option, use a backup restore app for a few months to lower any risks.
