How to customize credit memo in Quickbooks online?

Credit memos are designed to automatically match the colour scheme of your Master template. Additionally, you can add extra fields in just a few simple steps:

  1. Click on your Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Sales then Sales form content.
  3. Check the fields you wish to include.
  4. Click Save then Done.
