HOW TO FIND OLD INVOICES

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome.  QuickBooks Online provides a variety of reports, so you can view the desired information at a glance.  I would be happy to show you how to view historical invoices!

Follow these steps to locate the invoice report;

1.  Select Reports from the left menu

2.  In the Search field, type and enter Invoice list

3. Click on Switch to classic view

4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Report period, or choose Custom to enter the desired date range

5. Click on the small ⚙, in the top right of the report

6. Select View more

7. Choose your desired filters

8. You can click on any invoice to expand the view, as you see necessary.
