Hello! I am not trying to change my invoices to customers, I need QuickBooks to change the name on their invoice to me for their services. It has been impossible to speak with anyone and I am getting very frustrated that my bills every month have the wrong name on them.

The name that appears on the invoices in question would be your company name. The article above shows you how change/edit the company name. This is the name that QuickBooks puts on the subscription invoices we send to you via email. Have you been able to try the steps provided in the article?
