Hello,

Welcome to the QuickBooks community page. I'll gladly assist you with the packing slips. QuickBooks Desktop offers various templates that can be used for your packing slips, invoices, estimates, and many more. You can also customize these templates to control how they look and what information is included. To do so, follow the steps included in this community article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-articles/use-and-customize-form-templates/01/262362.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi. WassimO,

Thanks for the information, I had gone through such information and made some modification before I raised my question.  What I need is to add a summary of each item's quantity. As you can see from the attached example, I hope 12 bowls  can be shown in the packing slip.

Thanks & Regards

I have a similar request. I want to see Packing Slip that shows how many of each product I will need for the day. Also, we have 2 product categories so it will be nice to be able to separate 2 packing slips for each type.

For example// we sell 2 categories: Snacks and Drinks. Within each category there are many products. We want a packing slip that shows on any given day how many of each type of Snacks and Drinks we need to prepare.

Thanks,

Cedric
