How to remove this annoying message telling me to turn on the credit card payment options (when its always on) after every time I create a new invoice?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great way to enable your customer's to pay their invoice immediately.  The message you're seeing is an indication that the feature could be disabled.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Let's take a look in your settings to ensure the payment methods are turned on, by following these steps;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙
2. Select Account and Settings

3. Click on the Sales tab from the left menu

4. Select the Edit ✎ in the Invoice Payments section

5. Turn on ACH, Credit Card or both

That should do it!
