How to save an invoice as pdf?

QuickBooks Online is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate a wide variety of tasks, including saving sales forms as PDF's for your records. I know how important it is to have this option, and I'm happy to say, it's so simple to do. I'll explain the steps below.

1. Click the Sales tab, then select your invoice from the Invoices list.

2. Click Print or Preview at the bottom of the page. 

3. Select Download.
